Here are a few of the questions that people frequently have. If you do not find the answer to your question here, complete the form below. You should receive a response within two business days, or sooner.

Q: How does this work exactly?

Step 1 - Go to the pricing page
Step 2 - At the bottom on the page, select what writing you'd like done
Step 3 - You'll be contacted by phone or email with confirmation and projected completion date
Step 4 - You'll be sent a link to pay via secure Paypal
Step 5 - You'll receive your requested project via email
Step 6 - You approve or request edits
Step 7 - The final document is released to you via email (or posted/distributed, dependent on what you ordered)


Q: How long will it take for the finished project?

A: Generally, blogs and posts will be completed within two business days. However, that will be confirmed upon receipt of your request. If there is any delay, you will be notified immediately with a new projected completion date.


Q: What if I do not like the final product?

A: You should be thrilled with your content. If that's not the case, the service is backed with a 100% satisfaction or your money back. All work includes one edit. Additional edits incur an additional charge (see pricing). If you still don't like your content after edits are made, your money will be returned to you via Paypal. However, all copyrights to the work completed remain with Kathy MacKenzie and you lose all rights to use anything prepared on your behalf in any form (advertising, marketing, etc.).


Q: Where can I use the content?

A: You may use the completed content on your website, social media, magazine articles - anywhere you wish.


Q: Can I include testimonials

A: YES! When it comes to attracting new clients, two of the most important tools that you can have are 1) a professional-written bio, and 2) strong testimonials from previously-satisfied clients. Should the service you requested include writing your bio, you are strongly encouraged to submit testimonials. Please include the names, locations and dates along with the quotes of previous clients. Please be sure those clients have given you permission to use their quotes, in writing.
