Services & Fees

Please note, although I work hard to get you the final product within two business days, the turn-around time depends on several factors. When your project is confirmed, you'll receive a date as to when you can expect the final product.

Blogs

SEO blog posts (also known as SEO articles) are one of the easiest ways to increase your sphere of influence. Blogs drive search engine optimization (SEO), they fuel social media marketing campaigns and are a great way to reach new potential clients to introduce them to your services.

When blog posts are written correctly, they give people a reason to visit your website, and once readers are there, they tend to click around a little.

To save you time, the service includes posting the content directly on your blog. Metatags, categorization, social bookmarking and other extras (like posting on your Facebook, Twitter and Linked In accounts) are included.

Blog Fee:

$200/each or 4 per month for $600/month ($200 savings=1 free blog per month!)

Blog Set-Up

Don't have a blog? It's time to get one! Your blog comes complete with SEO, graphics, keywords, metatags, and links to your website (if you have one).

Set-Up Fee:

$500

Mini Blogs

These are the same as regular blog posts, except you are emailed the blog in a word document. You will then copy and paste into your blogger to post your blog. If you have the time, know how to post to your blog, and want to save some money, this is the option for you.

Mini Blog Fee:

$150/each or 4 per month for $500/month ($100 savings)

Facebook Posts

If you don't have a blog set up or don't want a blog, you can still increase your sphere of influence by posting on a regular basis on Facebook (either your business page or your personal page - depending on your preference).

The facebook post created for you is correctly-sized and the fee includes posting it for you on optimum days at optimum times based on research that gives your post the most exposure.

Facebook Fee:

$75/ each or 4 posts per week (optimum day/times) for $225 ($75 savings = one free post per week!)

Bios

By sharing things about yourself, you give others the ability to discover what they have in common with you. At that point the relationship begins and trust is established. So when the time comes (people on average move every 5.8 years according to NAR), they are more likely to reach out to you to help them sell and/or buy a home.

So how do you do that? It starts with your bio. After reading your bio, people should feel they know you and will decide if they like you. Your bio is a crucial marketing element. It can be used on your website, property flyers, Facebook page, LinkedIn page, and on your YouTube page. The quality of your bio contributes to the success—or failure—of your real estate career.

Bio Fee:

$150. Typically between 100-300 words, your bio includes a phone interview, along with one edit.

Website Content / Landing Pages

A beautiful website with incredible graphics catches the eye, but it's the content that keeps the visitor's interest. Creating content involves writing in a conversational tone, easy-to-read with distinct calls to action. Text should also include SEO keywords to attract the people you want to work with and be between 250-450 words long (depending on the design of the site).

The purpose of landing pages is to convert browsers to leads, and having amazing content can make a huge difference in your conversion rates. Poorly written content can seriously affect your business. Landing pages are the most difficult to write out of all the web content, which is why they’re so expensive. The average 5-7 page website content project costs around $2,000 – $4,000, including all edits.

Website Content Fee:

$500 per page

Press Releases

You're busy day in, day out. You work hard to make dreams come true for countless families. Yet to you, it's just in a day's work, right? Sometimes the transactions are easy, sometimes they are not. Some clients become dear friends, others you may be glad your time with them is finally over. Whatever the result, each transaction provides a story.

Some of those stories could inspire others to make their dreams come true. When you share these stories in a well-written press release that's delivered to the media, it could result in news coverage on TV, radio, in newspapers, magazines, or even go viral on the Internet. The results: you've inspired others while making your services known to a larger segment of the marketplace that results in more business for you!

Press releases (or news releases) are also a great way to get the word out about your open houses, philanthropic work, awards and other events. The free publicity could lead to increased sales and even radio or TV interviews!

To be taken seriously a press release must be formatted correctly, or it is tossed. (I know, in my younger years I worked as both a TV reporter and at a radio station.) And then there's the catchy headline, and the release also needs to be in a news style so journalists can quickly copy and paste. And then there is the distribution, people more around in the media - a lot.

Fees for press releases range from $1000 - $2500 for professional services (who don't know real estate).

Press/News Release Fee:

$500 - includes writing, editing and delivering your press release to over 50 local, regional and national media outlets.
